Homelessness in Arizona has surged, with over 9,400 individuals without housing—a 60% rise since 2017. The East Valley faces a 238% increase, yet has no medical respite beds. Many are discharged from hospitals only to recover on the streets, making this a healthcare crisis.
The Solution: Circle the City is launching a $24 million capital campaign to build Mesa’s first East Valley Medical Respite Center—an 85-bed facility offering medical care, support services, and a path to stability.
