Dr. William Ellert is the Chief Medical Officer at Circle the City, where he oversees the organization’s clinical operations and leads a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Dr. Ellert has a long-standing relationship with Circle the City, having collaborated with founder Sister Adele O’Sullivan, CSJ, MD, and serving as the board’s first Chairman. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Catholic University of America, his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, and his Doctorate of Medicine from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Minnesota.
