Meet Our Patients

Hank is a native Arizonian who always lived and worked close to his parents and sibling. Recently, Hank’s diabetes became out of control and he suddenly lost the use of both his legs. Since his family had recently moved out of state, Hank was faced with the only choice he had, which was to move into a hotel room.  This made it almost impossible to navigate due to his immobility.

Fortunately, his case manager admitted Hank to Circle the City’s Midtown Medical Respite Program where he has been working hard to regain his health. With doctor appointments scheduled almost every day, Hank hard work will ensure he is reuinited with his family this year.
