Meet Todd

Todd Ragsdale had been a Circle the City patient for over a month and was grateful for everything that he and Honey Bear (his dog) had received. He is feeling well, his wounds have healed. Todd feels like he has a new lease on life and is already making plans to get Honey Bear certified as a therapy dog so he can help others recover and experience the joy and love that a pet provides.
